Tänään ajattelin kirjoittaa hieman positiivisemmissa merkeissä ja pohtia luonteeni hyviä ominaisuuksia.

Vaikka olen koko ikäni tiennyt olevani erilainen kuin muut, niin vasta viime vuosina olen löytänyt enemmän syitä käyttäymiseeni. Olen aina ollut se omituinen ja eristäytynyt jäsen luokassa, koulussa tai harrastuksissa. Saan helposti paniikin omaisia oireita, jos yritän tutustua uusiin ihmisiin ( tärinää, huono olo, hengen ahdistus jne). Sosiaaliset tilanteet väsyttävät minut täysin,  ja tarvitsen erityisen paljon aikaa yksin toipuakseni niistä.

Sana erityisherkkyys on tullut tietoisuuteeni vasta parin viime vuoden aikana. Mutta melkeinpä kaikki sen ”oireet” sopivat luonteeseeni täysin. Ovat sopineet aivan pienestä pitäen. Erityisherkkyys ei ole sairaus, se on luonteenpiirre, mitä en ole oikein koskaan osannut hyväksyä itsessäni.

Herkkyyden johdosta olen kuitenkin valtavan empaattinen ja hyvä kuuntelemaan. Todellinen ystävä, joka ei petä tai jätä pulaan koskaan. Eläydyn muiden tunteisiin valtavan voimakkaasti mukaan. Joskus tosin saatan ylitulkita muiden eleitä ja ilmeitä hieman liikaa. Joskus jään pohtimaan jotain täysin turhaa asiaa päiväkausiksi. Tämä aiheuttaa kanssaihmisissäni usein ihmetystä. Kuinka jaksan vieläkin murehtia sitä vanhaa asiaa, jota kukaan muu ei enää edes muista? Mutta sama pätee myös toisin päin! Kaikki positiivinen tuntuu tavallista voimakkaamalta! Huomaan helposti yksityiskohtia ja kiinnitän usein huomioita myös niihin aivan pieniin hyviin asioihin. Nautin kaikesta kauniista.  Olen tunteikas ja herkkä. Ei kai siinä ole  mitään pahaa? 🙂

Tänään on ollut hyvinkin mukava päivä. Aamulla näytti tulevan sadetta, mutta nyt aurinko paistaa pilvettömältä taivaalta. Töistä riensin salille (taas) kuntoilemaan. Kotimatkallani jäin läheisille kallioille ihastelemaan kaunista päivää. Ja kirjoittamaan tätä blogia, joka on mukavaa puuhaa sekin. 🙂 Pian kuitenkin kotiin syömään ja pitämään rakkaalle kissalleni seuraa. Mukavaa päivää teillekin!WP_20140217_004
